B.M. Anggana
B.M. Anggana is a producer, theatre artist, curator & dramaturg. Founder, director & playwright of Komunitas Sakatoya, a collective that focuses on arts management and ecological theatrical works. Together with Sakatoya, his works have been performed on various platforms. He is the producer of Monisme (2023) directed by Riar Rizaldi, which has been screened at various world festivals such as FID Marseille, Open City Documentary Festival, Black Canvas Contemporary Film Festival, Bucharest International Experimental Film Festival, São Paulo International Film Festival, Adelaide Film Festival, Singapore International Film Festival, Jogja-Netpac Asian Film Festival and Doc Fortnight MoMA. In addition, he is also a producer for Natasha Tontey's works, such as Of Other Tomorrows Never Known (2023) and Garden Amidst the Flame (2022), as well as the film A Tale of The Thieves (2019) directed by Erlangga Fauzan and Osmosia (2023) by Fioretti Vera. In 2019, he was appointed as the Program Director at the Indonesia Dramatic Reading Festival and in 2021-2023 he was appointed as the Performance Curator at ARTJOG. In 2020, he achieved the Professional Development Training – Management Production at Art Center Melbourne, fully funded by the Australian Council of the Art.
