Co-founder at Arruda Filmes, Realness Alumni, and Talent Paradiso, Bartolomeu Luiz values global narratives of dissenting voices. He began his career in 2014 as an assistant director on projects like Karim Ainouz's "Invisible Life" and Lázaro Ramos' "Executive Order." In 2020, he joined Netflix as a creative assistant and returned to TV Globo as an AD in 2021. Recognized as Talent Paradiso by the Realness Institute in 2022, he co-founded the Trans Professionals Association in the Audiovisual Industry from 2023 to 2024. He also produced "Heaven Doesn't Know My Name" by Carol Aó, "Angélica" by Nicole Gullane, and "K-Gods," winner of SeriesMania Bridges 2024.
