From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Benny Chan Muk-Sing (Chinese: 陈木胜; 7 October 1961 – 23 August 2020) was a Hong Kong film director, producer and screenwriter. He was fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and was nominated for "Best Director" at the 24th Annual Hong Kong Film Awards for the film New Police Story.
