Billy Laughlin

Born: 1932-07-05

Billy Laughlin (born William Robert Laughlin) was an American child actor. He is best known for playing the character Froggy in the Our Gang short films from 1940 to 1944. Laughlin was killed at age 16 in a traffic accident.
