Oldham born comedian famous for his comic partnership with Tommy Cannon. The pair reached their peak in the 1980s with TV shows, sell out tours and even a film, Boys in Blue. In later years Ball has branched out into solo acting, appearing in TV shows such as Not Going Out and Mount Pleasant.
