David Steinberg
David Steinberg is a film producer and writer. He was raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, graduated from the University of Wisconsin and in 1969 migrated to Los Angeles to pursue a career in entertainment. He began with a stint in public relations, representing Sammy Davis, Jr., Peter Sellers, and James Coburn among a host of others. He later joined partners Larry Brezner, Buddy Morra, and Steven Tenenbaum at the firm Rollins & Joffe which ultimately morphed into the firm Morra Brezner Steinberg & Tenenbaum Entertainment. Working today in the management and production field, he guides the careers of a list of clients including Robin Williams, Billy Crystal, among others. Throughout his forty-plus years in the entertainment industry, Steinberg has garnered recognition with Ace, Emmy, Writers Guild, and Grammy awards. He has co-written and/or produced many hours of programming for cable and networks including variety television such as the Oscars and ESPYs, and comedy specials for the likes of Robin Williams, Billy Crystal and Martin Short. He has also developed television and feature films including Good Morning Vietnam, Throw Momma from the Train, and The Greatest Game Ever Played. David is currently involved with producing the The Hall, Stand-Up Hall of Fame television special for Netflix. From IMDB.
