Geno Silva

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Geno Silva (born January 20, 1948) is a Mexican American actor. He is best known for his role as The Skull in Scarface. Silva has also appeared in films such as 1941, Tequila Sunrise, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Amistad, Mulholland Dr. and A Man Apart.
