Jessie Barnes Jr.
Jessie Barnes Jr is a retired Law Enforcement Officer for the Federal Government. Jessie produced a public access video show in Queens NY for 16 years. The show was called “Underground Ruff House”. URH was a venue for unsigned and unknown musical artist who could highlight their talent. Throughout the 16 years Jessie and the URH film crew interviewed and highlighted artist like; Jay-Z, Faith Evans, The Notorious Biggie, 50 Cent, and many other artist that world now know. In the summer of 2012 Jessie enrolled into Penny Templeton’s acting studio and studied in her Beginning acting class and the Advance acting class. Then Jessie began getting casted in background work on television show as; Gotham, Madame Secretary, Luke Cage, Blue Bloods, and Jessica Jones. It was not long after that Jessie would get casted in numerous speaking roles like; Homicide City, Street Justice: The Bronx, and Shattered. To add to Jessie’s credit he has quite a few national commercials under his belt; Bookings.com, Ancestry.com, Inspire, Budweiser, and Toyota. But the highlight of Jess’s career is that he was featured in a television movie entitled “Sinners Wanted” in role of Deacon Frank, which premiered April of 2020 on TvOne network. Starring Clifton Powell, Lemman Rucker, and Traci Braxton. Also you can find it on streaming networks Tubi and Apple TV. Jessie is not only an actor but also a writer, producer, director. Jessi continue to pursue his dream to get better in his craft and always to be thankful to do what he love. Jessie’s motto is “Make Things Happen”.
