John R. Smith Jnr.
John is an award-winning. classically-trained, character actor who has worked in CT theatre for nearly 30 years. He & his wife, Tanya Feduik-Smith, are Founders & Artistic Directors of Vagabond Theatre Company in Bridgeport CT. Pre-Covid, his sole focus was stage work. Occasionally playing small film roles as favors for friends. After Covid shuttered theaters he pivoted exclusively to films, including his award-winning performance as Bernie in The Woodsman and Moka Joe in the forthcoming short: The Red Reina, and lovable, foul-mouthed catcher, John Faiella, in Omnes Films recently completed baseball feature, Eephus, written & directed by Carson Lund - acclaimed Cinematographer of Ham on Rye.
