Julia Arthur

Born: 1868-05-03

Distinguished theatrical star actress, often in Shakespearean roles (Rosalind, Imogene, Queen Anne). First professional stage appearance in 1880. On Broadway in "Lady Windermere's Fan" in 1893 and with Sir Henry Irving in London from 1895. Also appeared in occasional silent films for J. Stuart Blackton.
