Kostis Charamountanis

Kostis Charamountanis is a self-taught filmmaker, writer, film editor and composer. Known for his innovative and experimental storytelling, his works deviate from traditional norms and explore unconventional narrative techniques. With several awards to his credit - at the Athens International Film Festival, and the Drama International Short Film Festival - the SNF ARTWORKS Fellow (2020) has recently completed his debut feature film, "Kyuka Before Summer's End" (2024), produced by Heretic. Its world premiere is scheduled for May 2024, as the opening film of L'ACID Cannes.
