Le Tari was born Samuel Leslie Watkins on April 21, 1946 in Ohio, USA. He was an actor, known for Amazon Women on the Moon (1987), Jacqueline Susann's Valley of the Dolls (1981) and Diff'rent Strokes (1978). He died of a heart attack on April 4, 1987 in Los Angeles County, California, USA.
