Sacha Chaban is a French composer, orchestrator and conductor based in Los Angeles, California. Chaban graduated from the Conservatory of Bordeaux and from UCLA in California, he started playing piano at the age of 4, and wrote his first symphony work at the age of 22. After his success in Classical Music, which brought close to 30,000 spectators during his Symphonic Compositions' World Premieres in Europe, he moved to Los Angeles, in order to work in the film industry. He composed around a hundred instrumental, electroacoustic, cinematographic, TV and commercial works throughout the World including the feature film Breaking and Exiting directed by Peter Facinelli (Twilight Saga, Nurse Jackie) starring, among others, Thomas Jane (Mel Gibson's son) and Jordan Hinson (Eureka), the feature film Girls With Balls directed by Olivier Afonso, starring among others Guillaume Canet (The Beach), Denis Lavant (Holy Motors) and Dany Verissimo-Petit (District B13), 100 episodes of the famous French-Canadian TV show Bienvenue Chez Nous (2 millions viewers every day), commercial campaigns directed by some of the finest directors including Julien Seri (Yamakasi, Night Fare), Olivier Megaton (Taken 2, Transporter 3), Pitof Comar (Catwoman) and Jean Claude Thibaut. He also orchestrated for productions such as the 4 times Oscar nominated film Get Out (including a nomination for Best Picture), the Oscar nominated Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy 2, Steven Spielberg 's The Whispers, ABC's Castle, Pierce Brosnan's I.T., NBC's Timeless, CBS's S.W.A.T. and Lionsgate's The Spy Who Dumped Me.
