Steven L. Anderson

Born: 1981-07-24

Steven L. Anderson is an American pastor of Faithful Word Baptist Church in Tempe, Arizona. He is also widely known as the founder of the controversial New Independent Fundamental Baptist movement, and he has received international notoriety for praying for the death of certain public figures including former U.S. president Barack Obama and Caitlyn Jenner, and advocating the death penalty for homosexuals. He is a writer and director, known for The Life of Moses (2010), AIDS: The Judgment of God (2014) and Failure to Obey (2015).
