T. Colin Campbell
An American biochemist and expert on the relationship between diet and disease. He is the Jacob Gould Schurman Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University, where he conducted the renowned China Study, a comprehensive investigation into the effects of diet on health and disease. Campbell’s research has focused on the causation of cancer and heart disease, and he has written several influential books, including “The China Study” (2005) and “Whole” (2013). He is a strong advocate for a low-fat, whole foods, plant-based diet and has founded the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, offering educational programs and certifications in plant-based nutrition.
