Vicki Michelle, MBE (born 14 December 1950) is an English actress and film producer. She is best known for her role as Yvette Carte-Blanche in the BBC television comedy series 'Allo 'Allo! and as a recurring character Patricia Foster in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale.
