Qilin (played by Luo Jin), an excellent judge of the Qinggang People's Court, lost his parents at a young age due to their bravery in helping others. He was adopted and raised by his aunt, Qi Runyu. Growing up, he became a judge dedicated to aiding the needy and upholding justice.
