Isao Okawara was a self-defense official, but he took in arms against the government. Kenta Sakaguchi, Hidehiko Hirohashi and Isao Okawara gather under retired ex-detective Gonzaemon Mukai. Kenta, Hidehiko and Isao get even with people who betrayed and deceived them.
